Beat the Heat: Instant Pot Butter Chicken & Homemade Naan
Keep your kitchen cool while creating big, bold flavor! In this hands-on cook-along, you'll make Chef Tess' version of the incredible Butter Chicken - rich, warmly spiced, and melt-in-your-mouth tender thanks to the magic of the Instant Pot (or any other electric multi-cooker). Expect soft, pillowy homemade naan to go with it! Handy Instant Pot tips and tricks for use and care will also be shared!
Equipment needs: Instant Pot or any other electric multi-cooker. Stand mixer with dough hook attachment is recommended for the naan. If a stand mixer is not available, dough can be made by hand.
Participants will receive a list of ingredients and a class link (zoom - free download) in advance of the class with enough time for shopping and prep. A professionally made PDF packet of the instructor's personal recipes from this class will also be sent to you following class.
