Using the power of spoken words paired with essential oils, participants will learn simple, effective techniques to interrupt patterns of helplessness, anger, and fear—and replace them with intention, clarity, and calm.
Together, we’ll explore three essential oils and practice how to use them to support emotional regulation and mindset shifts in everyday life. Participants will actively practice these techniques in a supportive group setting and leave with the tools they need to continue the work at home.
